Overview
Bogok-sangol Village, where the event is held, is the largest natural habitat for wild cherry blossoms in Korea. It features a spectacular view of vibrant wild cherry blossoms stretching across a vast mountainside of approximately 10 million square meters. In spring, the entire mountain is dyed in light pink, offering visitors a beautiful spring landscape. This pollution-free, pristine area is home not only to wild cherry blossoms but also to a variety of other spring flowers that bloom naturally, including dogwood, weigela, spirea, azaleas, and spicebush. Additionally, with charming wildflowers blooming throughout, the trail leading from 'Boineyo-gil' to 'Jajinbaengi-gil' becomes a walking path where you can feel the essence of nature while strolling slowly, as if having a conversation with the flowers.
