Overview
The 'DDP Architectural Tour' is held at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), a space designed for people to Dream, Design, and Play. This program allows visitors to explore the history and significance of the Dongdaemun area where the DDP is located, focusing on the architecture designed by Zaha Hadid, accompanied by a professional guide. The tour operates from Tuesday to Sunday, and is closed every Monday, as well as on New Year's Day, Seollal (Lunar New Year), and Chuseok. Operating hours are: 1st session at 10:30 (Korean), 2nd session at 13:30 (English), and 3rd session at 15:30 (Korean). The meeting point is the Tour Desk on the 1st floor of the DDP Museum, and the tour lasts approximately 60 minutes. The tour is open to those aged 13 and older (middle school students and up); children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian. Participation is available via online reservation or on-site registration. Online reservations can be made through the DDP website (https://ddp.or.kr/?menuno=797), and on-site registration is available for remaining spots starting 10 minutes before the tour begins.
