Overview
The 38th Yeoju Ceramic Festival, themed 'The Time of Ceramics, Opened by King Sejong and Crafted by Yeoju,' is a festival that combines the symbolism of Yeoju, a historical and cultural city where King Sejong rests, with its thousand-year ceramic tradition. Centered on Yeoju's representative cultural heritage, ceramics, the festival offers various experience programs and cultural content that blend tradition and modernity. In particular, signature programs reflecting the identity of Yeoju ceramics, such as 'Traditional Ceramic Making Performance' and 'Traditional Wood-fired Kiln Experience,' are prepared. The festival will feature a variety of events, including ceramic exhibitions, sales, hands-on programs, and cultural performances, serving as an opportunity to introduce both Yeoju's ceramic culture and local tourism resources.
