The 2026 Gaya Culture Festival will be held in Gimhae from April 30 to May 3, 2026. It is Gimhae's representative traditional cultural and artistic festival, celebrating its 64th anniversary since its beginning as the Garak Culture Festival in 1962. Under the slogan "Where Two Thousand Years Reside, the Gaya of Light Awakens," it focuses on promoting the historical value of the Daeseong-dong Ancient Tombs, inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2023, and reviving the brilliant culture of the 2,000-year-old Gaya civilization. This festival honors the founding spirit of King Suro, who established the Garak Kingdom, inherits excellent Gaya culture, and promotes citizen harmony.

In Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, there is Bonghwangsan Forest Bathing Area. It is located in the heart of Samcheok city, offering a pleasant resting space and beautiful natural scenery. Cherry blossoms bloom every April, and various sports facilities contribute to citizens' leisure and health. At the top of the mountain is Sinseongak (Yukhyangdae). Additionally, in Gangneung-si, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, there are the National Daegwallyeong Natural Recreation Forest and the National Daegwallyeong Healing Forest.
